KVCD: when I try to demux, the file stops at 8mb?

Hi.
I have a kvcd movie that I got from a friend.
He used the KVCDx1 pal.and muxed the video and audio together after the encode with bbmpeg as SVCD.But that won't work on my player.So I will de mux the mpg file and the mux it back as non Standard vcd.
But when I try to de mux the file stops at 8mb.
Any Ideas???
Need help.
Do I need to do something else with the file?
