DVD2SVCD: Select source range like you can in TMPGEnc?
 
Is there a way of selecting the files source range like you can in TMPGE?

Yes. If you go into the "Conversion" tab, and then check "Use frame selection", you can do that.

This option has always been grayed out for me. I have the user level set to advanced.

I think you have to use the internal ripping routines for that to work. Not the Vstrip.
