KVCD stretching the movie and making the filesize bigger?

I used the kvcdx2 1cd template and dropped the CQ to 40, I amplified the audio in besweet by 6db at 224kbs,

The movie spans over 2 cd`s and the qaulity is superb. The movie is 138min long, pal 16_9 anamorphic.

I saw that I actually made a mistake in tmpg, as I set my source as 4_3pal thereby stretching the movie and making the filesize bigger.

In retrospect I could have probably gotten away with using the kvcdx2 2cd template.
