TMPGEnc: Cutting problem using the KVCD3 template

Hi,

I have an AVI file encoded to an MPEG 1 file using the KVCD3 template with TMPGenc 2.56. i ended up with a file of 1,7GB. This file I wanted to split into two parts using the MPEG tools. First part was no problem, but whenever I tried to cut somewhere in the middle of the movie up to the end, tmpgenc crashes. I have seen it in the task manager. The program crashes after audio and video is demuxed without error message.
Any ideas??

Demux your file with TMPEG, but remux it with BBMpeg. You can mux on a start time and end time ( in seconds ) with BBMpeg, so you can actually join a specific part that you only want. Don't use TMPEG to join mpeg files.
