KVCD: SUCCESS in burning 95 mins to 1 CD-R, but problems playing?

Following configurations were used:
MPEG-1 352x240 29.976fps CQ90, Layer-2 44100Hz 160kbps

The file was 824MB, and successfully overburned.
When playing on a computer, the file was fine. However when playing on VCD player, it got choppy. Maybe setting it to 23.97fps would help? or.... plz help. Thanks
