KVCD: LBR Bitrate was changet to 1800kbps?

Kwag,
I read a post that the lbr bitrate was changet to 1800kbs. I downloaded it yesterday and the one I got was at 1150.

Hi John,

The latest settings on the LBR are MIN=300Kbps, MAX=1,150Kbps. On the KVCD 352x240 PLUS it's MIN=300Kbps, MAX=1,800Kbps.

Kwag,
I noticed that u change also the GOP on the LBR PAL. It was 1,15,2,1,15 and now is 1,15,3,1,15....and the latter is applied to the 352x288_PLUS also. Shall we set the new GOP values in order to use them with DVD2SVCD?
