KVCD skipping problems?
 

ok i have a dilemma.
i used to get skippign problems. but i did one test and encoded my avi movie wit 29.97 fps instead of 23 and it fixed the problem but the file size was bad it was too big 1.00 gb what can i do to get this down. i use a bitrate calculator as well and its normally about 760 or somethin around that number cna someone tell me what to do thanks. alot.
