Q-Level?
can anybody tell me what exactly is the Q-Level in an MPEG Stream?
I downloaded BitRate Viewer and I'm going to run some more tests with it... thanks... |

well then...
For the same filesize and same length of the clip it is better to have a higher Q-Level right? because my eyes are just not good enough to see those little artifacts... :oops: so could i use bitrate viewer for this purpose? |
