what settings in TMPGenc to get widescreen VCDs?

ok, what settings would i need to use in TMPGenc to get widescreen VCD's? i have tried encoding in really weird resolutions and aspect ratios but it always stretches in my VCD. Any help would be great.

in advanced, select the aspect ratio as full screen (keep aspect ratio)

Ok, I have a divx file at 720 x 336 and iwant to make it a kvcd to be played back on my widescreen pal tv with no borders at top or bottom, what settings do use a) under the video tab and b) under the advanced tab ?
