Recommended bbMPEG multiplex settings

Here are the recommended "Program Stream Settings" for when multiplexing a KVCD with bbMPEG.

Note that enabling "Pad VCD audio" will produce a more accurate final file size, because then the authoring software (e.g. VCDEasy) won't have to pad the data while it authors.

Hold on!
Don't use BBMpeg for DVD.
Simply use Muxman Standard version that you can find here http://www.mpucoder.com/Muxman/versions.html .
It's the best muxer for DVD and it's free ;).
If you want nice menues and stuff like that you will need a GUI for it.
Like this one which is still in development http://download.videohelp.com/gfd/.
But that one is only for DVDAuthor.
In order to work for Muxman you will need the latest patch that you can find here http://www.boraxsoft.de/other/GfD099_GfM022.zip.
Cheers

In a general way its useless to multiplex the tracks when you are doing a DVD : all authoring tools, either free ones or commercials, works on not muxed streams. If you mux them... they demux them before to work ! :).

I know what you mean Phil.
And that's why I was recommending Muxman, an authoring tool as opposed to a muxing tool ;)

I wasn't answering to you Rui :D
