Does increasing bitrate help to get rid of blocks in low-frequency scenes?
hi guys,
If i have some space left on disk to fill with video-data what would be the best to do: raising CQ-value only or in combination with the values for Min/Max bitrate :?: Does encreasing of Min-bitrate value (to 400-500) help to get rid of blocks in low-frequency areas? when using blockbusters 'dither 0.4' as kwag recommends i proberly can't see any difference... Will i get better picture-quality when i raise Max-br to 2500 even for low-action movies or is it better to encrease CQ-value only :?: regards, ***mfb*** |
