KVCD: size of movie clip is 594mb?

ok i have followed or should i say fumbled my way through this guide

planet of the apes region 1 not sure if i done it right yet but TMPGEnc is 72%
and and size of movie clip is 594mb a persume the sound still got to be added yet
kvcd templet was/is MPEG-1 704x576 25fps CQ 50 the film it self is 124minutes long :? confused or what
