need help, kept getting this error mssage in bbmpeg
 

hi all, I am trying to multiplex an anime movie but I keep getting this error message: error in MPEG stream at offest (bits) 13: supposed maker bit not found. I would be grateful if you could help me :?:

I had this error and it was to do with the audio file, although I was able to encode the wav file I had extracted from an avi, when I went to mux I would get this error. I fixed it by using winamps diskwriter to create a new wav file.

from the winamp menu choose options then preferences

under plugins select output, highlight the nullsoft disk writer plugin then click configure and set the file destination and format.

Then open your original audio file be it mp3 or wav with winamp and winamp will write an uncompressed wav file to the destination you specified.

encode the wav with Headac3he to mp2 and mux with bbmpeg.

This is what fixed it for me.
