how low CQ would you guys go?

Hi

Just a quick question to throw at you all :P

How low CQ value would you go before you decided quality loss would be taking effect :?

I am currently doing 'Minority Report' which is 139min long. My CQ is at 40 at the moment is this too low?

Thanks.

Hi jorel

My res is currently set at 544x576 so i guess i will have to choose 352x288 to get me over CQ 50.

Thanks.

try 2 cds with 544x576 or 1 cd with 352x(288pal or 240ntsc)kvcd-lbr

I usually use 352x240 so most of the time its not a problem... but if it comes to that my lowest is 50... then i start lowering my maxbitrate... and the lowest i could go is 1400...

I dont know if this is right but it works for me...

and like jorel said... go with the 2 disc version... if your not satisfied...
