KVCD: Illegal floating point... again!
i am still stuck with illegal floating point when converting with tmpgenc...i have tried everything (new settings in vfapi etc.)...
someone knows what to try next??? thx desperate big |
Hi big,
Do you get the illegal floating point if you open your source directly with TMPEG? If you do, your source is damaged!. -kwag |
no i don't...i made a regular vcd with the same movie...since then i have found your site and been working like crazy to make it work...i even made a svcd with the header trick with the same movie...tmpgen always stops at 74%...
now i am trying with a lower resolution with one of your other template to see what it will do... 1- could it correct the problem if i unmark the decimal in the settings? 2- could it correct the problem if i delete the audio output and leave it blank? i don not know what to try next...yes i know...redo every testing with another avi movie... the only that i don't like is to wait a long time to see if it will be ok or not... :evil: :evil: big |
Hi big,
Do you apply filters through avisynth? |
hi hachemoncourt,
here is my script LoadPlugin("C:\Program Files\NimoCodec Pack\Mpeg2dec\Mpeg2dec.dll") LoadPlugin("C:\Documents and Settings\MichelD\Mes documents\Programmes\LegalClip-0.2\LegalClip.dll") LoadPlugin("C:\Documents and Settings\MichelD\Mes documents\Programmes\Blockbuster-0.7\Blockbuster.dll") LoadPlugin("C:\Documents and Settings\MichelD\Mes documents\Programmes\FluxSmooth-1.0\FluxSmooth.dll") LoadPlugin("C:\Documents and Settings\MichelD\Mes documents\Programmes\Sampler-0.2a\Sampler.dll") LoadPlugin("C:\Documents and Settings\MichelD\Mes documents\Programmes\GripFit_preview_0.0c\GripFit_ Preview.dll") LoadPlugin("C:\Documents and Settings\MichelD\Mes documents\Programmes\GripFit_preview_0.0c\DustV5.d ll") avisource("C:\Documents and Settings\MichelD\Mes documents\Films\Lilo.Et.Stitch.FRENCH.DVDRiP.DiVX-Ulysse.avi") ConvertToYUY2() LegalClip() GripCrop(528, 480, overscan=2) SpaceDust() FluxSmoth() GripSize() LegalClip() #Sampler(length=24) could you please check that also...it is from me... http://www.kvcd.net/forum/viewtopic....b0bab8693b61e0 |
ok big, try to put GripSize right after gripCrop.
more encoding time but your problem should disappear :wink: |
thanks hacheman...i will try it tonight...and get back to you
|
merci beaucoup...hachemoncourt...finally it worked...now i have problems with bbmpeg...unable to write to output file...i have posted in the bbmpeg forum...
thx again |
illegal floating point maybe due to VBV Buffer Size. Try 0 (automatic).
I had the same error. |
