Main Concept MPEG Encoder!!!
 

Has anybody used this program. It has 1:1 encoding speed. Three times as fast TMPGEnc and has hundreds of settings. It also allows you to enter Kwag's Quantize Matrix settings. The quality of the final encode is better than TMPGENC and you save a ton of time. I am surpised this software is not more popular since it only costs $150 US and you are getting the performance of products that cost in the thousands.
