KVCD: movie a bit jumpy every 20 seconds?

Hi to everybody
Although this is the first time i am posting i have been watching this forum for many months.
At first i have to say a BIG CONGRATULATIONS to the man KWAG
You are the Master and i must this is is coming from a dedicated CCE fan

Your templates are excellent specially your old kvcd-X3
Amazing quality in everything i have done till now
Now the Problem
I have been playing with the new -X3 and what i can say a movie around 105 min easily and with great quality is crammed in one CD
specs:
player : CyberHome 528
Pal -16:9
Movie:From Hell
Length:around 105min
CQ:69,95
Audio:224 Kbps 48khz
Quality very good although not close to the old -x3(but 105 in 1 80min CD instead of around 50min :D )
But now comes the Problem i muxed with BBMpeg and it is a bit jumpy every around 20 sec i have a small jump something like a bit frame drom or pause for about 1/4 sec
Bacause i have seen this before in an experiment i have done with the early templates and muxed with wrong settings in bbmpeg i ask if this a problem in the settings of bmpeg
Please check it and if you find something please lets us know
Thanks in advance

Hi masteripper,

Check that your BBMpeg settings are like this and also check "Pad VCD audio":
