KVCD: How to add Q matrix to the TMPGenc.ini?
 

I took the numbers from the KVCDx3-MPEG-2-NTSCFilm.mcf template
and added this section to the TMPGenc.ini
It allows me to try different templates and still have access to KWAG's Q matrix.

If you have added any of your own then you will have to increment the count accordingly,

[Tools.QuantizeMatrix]
Count=4

and you will have to alter the reference to the count in the matrix.
I dont have any added ones other than the default, so I used 3,
the default matrix is 0
