avisynth - common set of filters?

Hey guys, long time no see. Anyways, I've been lately falling the way of DivX and XviD to encode my movies. (Don't hurt me!) But after buy a Sony Trinitron 27" and getting a "good" CD that actually burns cd's, (hey! what a concept!) I'm really wanting to make KVCD's again. DOn't get me wrong. I still read the forums every day :D

Anyways, my question, I just d/led movie staker and I was wondering what are the common set of filters you guys usually use on every movie? (I know some moveies will require special exeptions) but which ones do you use on almost every movie you do now? Last time I made KVCD it was before we got all these fancy filters and File-Size prediction was the new thing. :D Anyways, gtg. But I'd appreciate an answer, and if there's anyone who's done XXX on KVCDx3 MPEG-1 then I'd appreciate your input to
