I captured "Gone in 60 Seconds" off TNT. I converted using a modfied version of the 352x240 KVCD template.

Max bitrate = 1500
Standard GOP
CQ=75

After cutting commercials out I got it to fit on 1 cd!
woo-hoo

I used standard GOP to make editing easier. The KVCD longer GOP means less precise cuts using TMPGenc
