Another silly FORCED FILM Question

Loaded a VOB into DVD2AVi....

framerate: 29.97 fps, progressive, FILM

Do I do FORCED FILM and still Telecide and Decimate to do 24 fps?

If it's progressive FILM, you set "Force FILM", and forget about Telecide and Decimate

Yes. It will frameserve at 24fps. You can tell when you open the .d2v in MovieStacker, where you'll see the frame rate as 23.976 instead of 29.97.
