KVCD: A quick question about overscan?

Hi all

I have noticed that a lower overscan produces a larger file size, why is this? :?

Also is a lower overscan better or worse quality than a higher overscan :?

Thanks again :D

The more blocks overscan, the less the film area, and the smaller the final file size. That is of course in relation to a fixed CQ value for the encodes.
