"Overview

Moonlight Cordless Ltd has released XMuxer v.2.00, a program that can fix faulty MPEG2 files, that were damaged by incorrect handling and also has some other features described below.

Moonlight ][muxer

All of us always want to watch the favorite movie again & again, to stop separate frames, to slow down the show or, on the contrary, speed it up, to rewind. But the problem is that after these operations in some movies such problems appear:

Long pause before the playback, sometimes moving over to hanging-up of a system;
Divergence of sound & video;
Twitching of image;
Video crushing.
The cause is that while creating the movie, video and sound are made separately from each other, and then, they are settled together, frequently in a wrong way. In order to save you from such inconveniences Moonlight Cordless Ltd. developed a piece of software "Xmuxer". This software forms video and audio packets in MPEG2 movies and arranges them in the right order. And, as a result, you take a chance to get rid of above-mentioned problems. And if you want to enjoy your favorite clip, but with your friend's voice or score for sound your own video as you wish; or cut out the sound track from the movie you like, "Xmuxer" can also help you. "Xmuxer" supports standard MPEG2 format in the mode of remultiplexing and multiplexing. It means that as a result (on output) PS (Program Stream) is always generated. In demultiplexing mode "Xmuxer" also supports standard MPEG1 movies. "Xmuxer" also allows to remove unwanted streams from TS (Transport Stream). It means if there are several video and audio streams in a movie, having chosen one audio and one video you'll get the possibility to multiplex another movie, which will contain only chosen audio and video streams. "Xmuxer" also supports PVA standard movies (captured from DVB (Digital Video Broadcast) in Europe or ATSC (Advanced Television Standard Committee)). "Xmuxer" is able to remultiplex those streams to standard MPEG2 movies. "
