VirtualDub: AVI to separate audio files?
 

can you tell me a way that will allow me to take audio

from an AVI file, seperate it from video and convert it into the type of file

that you get when making a KVCD??? and which type of file does it need

to be, because every time i use virtualdub, it comes out as a huge 1.? Gb

I dont understand what to do then to get it to a *00 Mb size like everyone
