TMPGEnc has caused an error in XVID.dll and kernell.dll

Hi'i've been using tmpge for about a year now with no problems,but after installing all the extra stuff for kvcd like avisynth ,moviestacker and tok now everytime i close tmpge i get errors like tmpge has caused an error in XVID.dll and kernell.dll.

any ideas
