Soften Block Noise

Hi everybody

has anyone of you lately played with this TMPGEnc Setting? I wonder if it's any good, and what the settings should look like...

Leave it unchecked. It's works opposite as advertized :lol:.
The higher the numbers, the more visible the macroblock edges :wink:
