KDVD has Motion blur?

I hope someone somewhere can help me with this problem. I am captureing my weeding tape, I capture at 640 X 480...I then TMPG with once with bitrate 2000-3000-5000 2 pass VBR and another time with fixed bitrate at 8000. The problem I am running into is when I play back my finish project on my stand alone DVD player it looks like good quality buy when there is any motion scenes it is non natural motion. The audio is fine and everything else is fine but when the picture scans or has any quick movement it's not as smooth as it should be.

Can anyone help me ?

Thanks

Did you use any kind of temporal filters, or did you just encode your AVI directly with TMPEG :?:

Then it might be a problem with the field order in TMPEG. Check that

Will Tok recognize the new field order settings when it sends the command to TEMPGEnc to encode?
