@elitex2g,

Ooops!! I must have dvd source on the brain. :? I notice your resolution
is 544x576, which may be a problem with GripCrop. Check your
divx resolution using VirtualDub>File>File Info>video stream. Choose
a resolution cloest to the divx res., e.g. 352x240 or 352x480 or
528x480 or 704x480. Depending on the lemght of your divx movie,
352x240 will give you the most time on 1 cd. 528x480 will give you
the best picture quality, but could take up to 2 cd's. Use ToK file
prediction and try to get CQ 70+ for good quality. :)

Is There any way I can leave it at 544 x 576? I'm trying to play it on my dvd player (apex 1500) and it said only accept that resolution. Thx

What framerate are you encoding at? For the Apex-1500 you only need to use the 544x576 resolution if you're encoding at 25fps (i.e. 25 fps source). Otherwise, for a 23.976 or 29.97 fps avi source use 544x480 and you have to encode at 29.97fps (otherwise you'll have jerky playback).

Maybe changing the resolution will help with the error? :?

Fixed Error

I fixed the error was that avisynth was messed up and I had to reinstall it. thx for the help now I have a error... when I try to play the video in power dvd player it fast fowards thru the whole movie and also when I try to play in my apex 1500 the resolution is way off. (544x576) but the audio works fine weird.....
