KVCD: The movie is all choppy?

I've burned all the test movies and other movies on a cdrw and tried them in my dvd player...
It starts playing, but a fter a couple of seconds it starts chopping!!

Is this a problem on my DVD player?? I've got a Philips DVD-703

Like I said before to you, try the 352x240 or 704x480 resolution.
You'll need to bump up the CQ if you make these changes...

I tried 704x480 with CQ 74 and it was even more choppy!!
