KVCD has Color Blocks?
 
I just encoded a movie this morning with the KVCD template at 704 X 480 with a CQ of 50, except i changed the CQ to 60. There are color blocks everywhere, but mostly at the top of the screen. There are no color blocks in the action scenes, but there is in all the other scenes. What's wrong with the file? how can I fix this problem?
