making vcds, but cannot start Headac3he?

I know this section is about kvcd templ, but i need some HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLP!
Firstly, to BLack Prince...Dude , i tried your guide, but can't even START the process as Headac3he, is a MAJOR headache at the link you posted cause the link just keeps looping and i can't even get the download for this prog at the link you put in the guide, please post another place in your guide to get it or advise as to where i can get it, second Tok gave me a divide by zero error message. Third Tried ACP looks like a good program, (if I could EVER get it to work right that is), my prob with acp, is that it appears you need at least 4 gigs of hard drive space to get all the conversions steps to complete, as i had 2.6 gigs of space available to it and it gobbled it all up and needed yet MORE space as it couldn't complete the last step of the conversion. The avi is 700 megs in size that i was trying to make into a vcd.I didn't like the fact that I can't clean the garbage that was left behind in my hard drive from acp, ( the batch file left stuff with a hidden extension, that i can't even access even whilst i changed the hidden files option in my folder file options) leaves something like this NEW FOLDER~1 the log file is where i saw that this prog writes there.SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I am sooooooooooo frustrated at this point that i could yank my hairs outta my head. I am a noob at vcd ,and feel ther is an ABSOLUTE need for a step by step guide for the acp program for us noobs. "Remember.....you PRO's were once noobs" Thanks in advance to whomever may lend a hand to resolve my dilema, as you are the guys who remember that once you had problems trying to learn this stuff and are passing down the knowledge and gestures of those who helped you out in your time of need. Wavin the hand to Kwag "Dimelo Boricua" :)

Black Prince, What am doin wrong?

I just clicked on the link, when the page opened , I clicked on the green download link, then clicked on headac3he to download ,it opened another page , Lycos page in another language, then it opened the same download page again, hence looping. Do you have to be a member or something in order to download this?Cause I ain't gettin jack when I click to download.

Hi MenderOne,

Maybe it's a problem with the DNS server of your provider  Try accesing the page via an external proxy. Like www.webwarper.net

Hey , what's up Kwag :) , Thanks for the reply, but i'll save myself the ad blitz he he he , got frustrated and figured out what to do by a lil vcd easy tips, trial and error, and a few coasters flyin across the room (DUCK)! LOL . Well, nonetheless, I ended up using TMPGEnc to do the conversion from SVCD to VCD, and VCDEASY to make a VCD image, to then burn with nero's burn image option (the integrated burn option of vcd easy Sucks Royally, not that , from what I heard, nero is much better , but wa da hell? Worked for me). I extracted the svcd mpeg from the original SVCD bin using Isobuster (For any other noobs besides myself who may wanna know) and multiplexed it to MPEG-1 VCD using the mpeg tools in TMPEnc, as my player doesn't support svcd, (used the header trick) , and walla! It played beautifully! The Centropy quality was NICEEEEEE! Question,... I believe the SVCD image had menus an stuff, how would I be able to transfer/convert these files to the VCD image, and which ones contain such info?...Well mi hermano, if ya wanna ad some input  regarding better suggestions to my method of how I did this,(<<<<<<<rookie steppin aside to let the maestro work his magic ) he he he, any would be welcomed. Thanks bro, Peace. 8) Que parte de P.R. ? Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepaaaaaaaa
