Program Failure

I get a VirtualDub "program failure"....when I'm running it in Tok

You need VirtualDub MP3 version. http://www.digital-digest.net/downlo...mp3_freeze.zip

...well, I'm assuming Tok's new setting path should be changed to the new vdub mp3 I just downloaded. Tried that, and got a VirtualDub Error message saying: "Cannot load Sylia scripting language (SYLIA.DLL)
The specified module could not be found"

The SYLIA.DLL should be in your Vdub directory, in your ToK_Extras\virtualdub\ 8O

vdub-mp3-freeze.exe.....and vdub.exe...are 2 different programs. Are you suggesting that I should have them both in the SAME directory? Then I will have 3 different exe files...and still wont know which one to use for Tok's setting file path.

Select vdub-mp3-freeze.exe under ToK's settings "Virtualdub MP3 path"
That's what ToK calls for :!:

...did that, now I'm getting a Sylia script error: "Member 'SetVolume' not found"...as well as a Tok invalid floating operation.

I'm using DVDTO AVI 1.76 and saved the avs script from MovieStacker 2.0 beta

kwag 05-20-2003 02:24 PM

Then Vdub has nothing to do with your source :!:
What do you have selected for your audio :?:
If you are processing a .d2v via an .avs script, you must select your already encoded .mp2 audio in ToK, or select "Calculated audio size" in the "Audio & More" tab

I clicked on the external audio in audio and more, and selected the MP2 file processed by HeadAche. With my Avisynth Script loaded in Main, I clicked on the start button, and then I get an evaluation division by zero in TEMPGenc. I set the AVS read plugin to a higher priority but with no effect.

that's why I don't encode AVIs anymore unless I have to... it's a pain in the a** most of the time...
sorry for being no help, I just wanted to point this out...

kwag 05-20-2003 03:44 PM

But ezysk is encoding a .d2v 8O

@ezysk,
Did you create your DVD2AVI project with DVD2AVI version 1.76 :?:

ezysk 05-20-2003 04:18 PM

...absolutely!
