TMPGEnc: Pixelation problems
 
I think I've seen other posts regarding pixelation distortion issues especially when using the larger resolution templates, when viewing action scenes or just general camera panning movement. Some say adjusting TEMPGEnc field order, or the use of filters and setting in other apps. So just looking for some feedback on the best way to deal with this.
