MovieStacker: Moviestacker 2.00 Beta3 and Avisynth 2.5.2 together?

Hi,
I wanted to try avisynth 2.5.2 instead my old avisynth 2.0.7, but moviestacker doesnt work with it.
And when I use the script from the optimal script section, then I dont have the requiered .dll, they are not included in moviestacker!!
When I just use the script then without moviestacker than it says that mpeg2dec3.dll is not a function in avisynth 2.5.2!!

What to do??
How can I use the new avisynth??

Hi Plautzer -

You should download filters compatible with Avisynth 2.5.x - the post by shOdan announcing the release of Avisynth 2.5.2 included a link to a site listing most Avisynth filters in 2.0.x and 2.5.x equivalents. You'll also need a new mpeg2dec3.dll that is Avisynth 2.5.x compatible.

Here's the link: http://www.avisynth.org/~warpenterprises/

What you might do is make a new directory in moviestacker with the 2.5 filters, then point moviestacker to the new directory. However, moviestacker is currently not totally compatible with Avisynth 2.5.x - it's easier to copy Kwag's optimal script and change the directories for your filters in the script.

Hope that helps, --Tony K.

Hmm,
why does it encode with a CQ 50, with the old avisynth it encoded with a CQ 70 and I kept the same properties in TOK(res:352,480)!!!
Also it was said that it was supposed to be faster, but it's about equal!!
Are there any tricks that I can use, or what did I wrong??
