as you all, i read with atention and download the file from molevcd.de!

after compare,i see that Kwag post that the matrix is IDENTICAL !

and in my opinion he is very smart and wise.
he choose the best to got exelent results....or is trying. :roll:

everybody here see and follow the changes and the "Notch" Matrix
is a big jump that Kwag give for us all in september or october 2002.
and was and is perfect for us and for mvcd too.

will grab the Motion Adaptive Script and they will say they made
it 6 months ago. :P

I just want you to know, that there are no longer similarities with the new MVCD 2.5 Matrix and the KVCD.
Now I hope that both systems can exitieren peacefully beside in vein.

I am aware of that. And we are all aware of Mole's past unprofessional practices, which will carry on for as long as he and his web site are present. Any web site that spawns up and steals work of other, to me, is a looser for life. So mole and MVCD will be remembered as thieves of technology, and anyone who knows mole's history and follows him, to me is just as thieve as him. I'm sorry to dissapoint you, but that is a fact, and the sad truth of the situation.
mole and MoleVCD lost, no matter what he and his web site does. He's marked for life in the industry, and we WILL make sure the word gets spread out and everyone knows his roots. That's the price he has to pay, simply for not acknowledging use of copyrighted material.
And no, both systems won't coexist peacefully. Because we will prevail, and MVCD will vanish by it's own (corrupted) weight.

We don't have any problems with you. Our problems are (permanent) with mole and MoleVCD. But you must understand our point of view, which is very clear. MoleVCD is based on KVCD roots, so no matter what happens with mole and MoleVCD, we WILL enforce our copyright on our work, and MoleVCD WILL go down in history as stealers of technology. I just want you to be very aware of this :!:
Our position as a commercial entity ( since 1994 ), is that we will protect our copyrights as a legal and established corporation, no matter what it takes :!:
As far as i know, mole ( Julian Bobach ) has already caused permanent damage and confusion for KVCD.Net and the name "KVCD", and we WILL make sure everyone is well aware of his past practices.
