KVCD CQ 70 vs CQ 60 setting?

I have finally made a perfect 2-CD of "Black Hawk Down", the size is 1.5GB which perfectly fits into 2CDs. I fooled my friends and they thought they were watching DVD disc. They found out the truth until I changed disc.

I changed the CQ from 70 to 60, but I don't think there will be much difference in terms of picture quality. Am I right? The movie is 144 minutes long and I have tried to used CQ of 70 but failed (the size was 1.8 GB). What is the "average" maximum time can 2CDs hold if using lastest template (KVCDx2-CQ-704x480-NTSCFilm-2CD)?

Kway, the world cup winner!

 Thanks syk2c11
I sell ( for free  ) the average time per CD to be around 120 minutes, with the current template configuration. But it really depends on the type of film. I guess about 90% of 120 minute movies will fit. Remember that these are Wide Screen and not Full Screen movies. For Full Screen, the time drops to about 90 minutes per CD.
