VirtualDub: VDub and dual Audio streams
I am trying to extract the audio from a file I have, but it has two streams. German, and English. I want the english, but it always gets the german when i try to extract it with vdub how do i get it to extract just the english?

Go to www.doom9.org and select GUIDES. Then go to the "Audio format conversions" section and click on "Dual Audio AVI guide"

Or simply go to doom9 download section and DL VirtualDubMod.
It has a "Stream menu" where you'll find a "Stream list" entry (after you have loaded the video). There you can select which audio stream you want to activate (by clicking on the "speaker" icone near the name of the stream), demux it or extract it as wav (after having selected "full processing mode" and "No compression" in the "right-click-button" menu). |
