KDVD: Stuttering video and audio?

OK, so im trying to fit 2 films on one dvd (for space reasons obviously). Im using the KDVD template (pal) and as far as i can see the correct settings. Ive ripped the movie to my hd. Removed all the un-needed stuff (extras etc) and checked to ensure its still working ok. Then i use dvd2avi to create a d2v and then encode in tmpg (latest version) using the kdvd (full) template. This gives me an m2v file no probs which plays no probs. My problem is that when i use ifoedit to re-mux it to acheive my new smaller file set everything appears ok until i check the result in powerdvd - it then wont play properly the first few sec are ok then the video and audio both stutter. I dont know what the problem is as ive used this method for re-muxing before with no probs. Any ideas? Or sugestions to another way i can re-mux into vobs

Hi Rotellian,

Did you set "Force FILM" in DVD2AVI :?:
Also, did you encode at 23.976fps with 3:2 pulldown :?:

Hi kwag,

Im using PAL so I didnt think either of those two applied. Ive used PAL settings, 25fps, 16x9. Full PAL. If i mux to one huge mpg (obv with no chapters) with tmpg thats fine so perhaps its a ifoedit problem?
