Which templates to use for 480x480 NTSC source?

DirecTV uses 480x480 MPEG-2 (kind of, sort of.) Which templates should be used for 2/3 D1 target resolution?

This question is a non-sense : the templates are tied to whats it's in the movie (action, anime...) and to its length.

BTW, if you have a Video in SVCD reso (480*480) why do you want to make it in 2/3 D1 ? Avoid every resizing/cropping operation : you'll go faster and the result will be better.
