sound skips at the beginning of movie?

I have a pioneer 444.

I made A beautiful Mind to KVCD (1CD; 352*288;CQ70;VBR22)=>703MB

I remuxed it with Tempgenc to "Mpeg-1 (automatic)".

The sound skips at the beginning and at the end of the movie!

What can I do? :cry:
