this movie is in 14.985 FPS

I have no idea...how to make KVCD with this...

I noticed that it is...29.970/2

but I have still have no idea...how to deal with this wierd problem..

any suggestions?

Tmpeg frame rate has to set 14.985fps(internally29.97fps), maybe you want to give it a shot. :idea:
