DVD2SVCD: Old tmpgenc was much more tweekable?
 
as far as setting specific frame sizes and audio sample rates and such, so couldnt these kvcd templates encode audio with older versions of tmpgenc? im not too brite so please dont yell at me .just wondering if ther was a way to make kvcds in one program??

havent mad a kvcd yet but sounds like one of the best programs ive heard of in a long time

Welcome to the forums tryin2learn :)
Check the guides on the "Articles" section on the main page at www.kvcd.net
Take a look at "KVCD From scratch - A Users guide v1.1."
There are program to automate the process, like ToK and acp.
Read and read some more :)
As far as the audio issue, it's better to encode the audio with HeadAC3he or BeSweet. You'll get far better quality than using TMPGEnc's internal audio encoder.
