No sound when converting movie to KSVCD 352x576 PAL template?
 

Hi. Tried to encode a Divx5 avi movie using the KSVCD 352x576 PAL Template with TMPGEnc. I followed the tutorial from www.weethet.nl/english/video_divx2kvcd.php

When finished I opened the the file in realplayer etc and the picture was good but their is no sound! Did I miss something? I also noticed that it stated at the Project Wizard (1/5) in TMPGEnc that Audio part will not be included in the file is the reason! I also checked the "System (Video+Audio)". Any ideas please! :)

You did encode the audio separately, did you :?:
And then you multiiplexed the video stream and the audio stream :?:

Basically I'm a newbie to encoding to KVCD. Are there any tutorials I can follow to encode the audio separately and what PROG you can recommend?Thanx for repply! :)

Go to the main page at www.kvcd.net and look on the right side under "Articles".
Take a look at the "KVCD from Scratch" guide :)
The guide is for DVDs to KVCDs, but you'll get the idea :cool:
Also, there are many more guides there too, also for DivX to KVCDs :!:
