DVD2SVCD: Cannot add the subtitles with dvd2svcd

hi this is my first for this fourm but i always read evry thing in this it is good fourm but i need help iam using dvd2svcd i need to convert avi movie it is darkness falls xvid when i add the subtitel it is ok but when say go and start converting i see only 23.972 samthink like that also when it finish i see only this nr so plz help me.

Sorry but "samthink like that" is perhaps very well understood by you, but that's not helping others to understand your problem.
More other we aren't all natural english people so please, use complete words insteed for instance "nr" (what means "nr" ???)
