KVCD: Interlaced Source, Best Filter to apply?
Hi all, me again :D
I have a interlaced source 16:9 PAL, and i want to know the best avysynth 2.5 filter to apply in the optimized Kwag script. And the best settings, if it isn't asking to much. Thanks for your help. Sniffer. |
me again Sniffer
:) i ever use FieldDeinterlace() encoding ntsc musicals and got great results. get the new decomb 5.0.0 beta 16: http://neuron2.net/decomb/decomb500b16.zip details here: http://neuron2.net/ipw-web/bulletin/...topic.php?t=56 neuron2 homepage: http://neuron2.net/index.html  |
Hi Sniffer,
It seems that I am anwsering all your posts! :D First, I know you probably did this, but did you check if the source is telecined? Yes, Pal stuff can also be telecined! There is a perverse PAL techinique that shifts the even field to the next frame... Telecine(guide=2) can handle this. If it is not telecined an then trully interlaced, I recommmend Fielddeinterlace() or tomsmocomp(0,5,0)... []'s Vmesquita |
