KVCD: Difference between tempgenc and bbmpg?
Hi
Is there a difference in audioquality(no skipping) between remuxing to svcd with tempgenc or with bbmpeg? thx :?: |
Great question!...Why don't you test this out and report back with your findings?!
You seem to have received the most information about this topic from your previous posts and forum responses. http://www.kvcd.net/forum/viewtopic....ighlight=#2566 http://www.kvcd.net/forum/viewtopic....ighlight=#2552 http://www.kvcd.net/forum/viewtopic....ighlight=#2429 http://www.kvcd.net/forum/viewtopic....ighlight=#2367 http://www.kvcd.net/forum/viewtopic....ighlight=#2362 Or there's KWAG'S sticky post {Q-17 - Q-18} with guide link. Here Or by using the "Search" function (located at top of web page) you can isolate all information discussed here about "muxing" or about "bbmpeg" Here. Or "Searching" the VCDHelp forum is very helpful Here Nothing beats testing, testing, testing... This gives needed experience with the tools that you use and the abilities of your equipment.....Good Luck! 8) |

Do the following. Instead of clicking the vs, do an "add" mpeg. Just choose any small mpeg file. Then "remove" the file from the list. Now you can open your video and audio source. There was a patch for this at digital-digest.com, but it's not online anymore. kwag |
bbmpeg Bug
I found on-line a possible bug solution awhile back... So, I copied it to a txt file and snooping around in my docs just now...I found it:
