tmpgenc and tok - the memory could not be read?

hi all,i recently discoverd this site and consequently couldnt wait to try to get a movie on an 80min cd.i read everything in the guides intently and subsequently resized my movies with brilliant results.this site is mavelous.
everything was fine and ive resized three movies with excelent results, then yesterday when i was resizing my fourth film a problem occured in the prediction with tok.
i am using moviestacker avisyinth 2.5 and tok.
when i run tok all is well untill after the sample is encoded, then this message occurs

TMPGEnc.exe-application error.

the instruction at "0x01ec5065"referenced memory at "0x02311a44"
the memory could not be read.

click ok to terminate program.

when i click ok tok then moves to the next cq and encodes again.after it is done the same message appears.if i keep clicking ok then tok finds the right cq and begins to encode the full movie.
this message then occurs again before muxing.again if i click ok the encoded file is muxed.when i burn the file the movie is fine.
in short tok is no longer automated.
can anyone shed any light on this as its doing my head in as i cant leave the pc to encode on its own overnight anymore.many thanks ian.
ps ive deleted and reinstalled both tok and TMPGEnc and its still the same.

I guess your source is a Divx. it's probably corrupted.
