BBMpeg: Extras for Win XP?

where I can find the extras for win XP!
when I start bbMpeg and I open a file it crashes!

I try this link and it comes up with a page about leeching, etc. Can anyone point me to the actual link or an alternative place to get this from?

If you click on Batch and "Add" first, everytime you start BBMPEG, you won't need the fix! :P
