KVCD: CQMatic gives CQ65.37 ?

Dumbo with ~67 minutes as skvcd(mpeg2,overscan=2) using
the MA script for avisynth 2.5x and audio at 160(bitrate) - 48k.

this source is "hibrid film" and was needed to use ivtc:
Telecide()
Decimate(5)

CQMatic give CQ65,37(seems low but the reason is the "ivtc",i think)

final size : 806mb ( 826.117kb )

:arrow: nobody knows what is the dvd and what is the skvcd
in one tv philips 29 (and in more 4 tvs) testing with 2 differents players!
