KVCD: film divided into two AVIs - how to convert to KVCD?

I have a film divided into 2 AVI's how to i make them into a KVCD.

Forgot to also mention i used TMPGenc and go to open the movie and it and errors come up the audio error says unsupported and the video says write error and a bunch of letters and numbers what do i do.
